Dr Tenell Holborow bulk‑bills all Medicare‑eligible medical services. The only non‑Medicare‑rebatable service is the private admission consultation.

This consultation covers comprehensive admission care, including medical record setup, liaison with next of kin and previous providers, medication charting and pharmacy coordination, completion of required RACF documentation, verbal handover with nursing staff, review of admission information, and advance care directive discussions.

The private admission consultation fee is $600. Following this, all ongoing medical services provided by Dr Holborow are bulk‑billed.

Where referral to other health professionals is required, these services may incur private fees. Referrals are discussed with the patient and their medical decision‑makers wherever possible.
